Our Projects
Health Literacy and Community Health Resources
We use our platform to reach our local communities and reduce barriers experienced by vulnerable communities at risk, low income, underserved, immigrant and refugee communities. We provide education and services targeting health literacy, healthcare and insurance utilization, career development, community care support and information regarding community resources.

Community Partnerships
We partner with community-based organizations to address the needs of the community with aligned projects such as dental kits supply to border program, street oral health support for people experiencing homelessness, access to food resources, Toy Drive distribution and more.

Community Based Agency
Community Wellbeing provides detailed information regards benefits available within the county and its eligibilities. We also process applications for those without health insurance or struggling with food insecurity. We have additional information on General Relief, available COVID-19 and housing resources.
